The LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings.

 

 

 

Mavcon is exceptionally familiar with the documentation requirements of a LEED project and is committed to partnering in the process of meeting the requirements for LEED certification. Experience across varying sustainable construction projects provides us the unique opportunity to share several different cost-effective yet environmentally sensitive materials, processes, and suppliers to assist our clients. Our involvement begins during the preconstruction process, through participation in document development, investigating credit alternatives, and in communicating the LEED compliance requirements to all entities involved in the construction process. Our involvement does not end until after project close-out, having compiled and submitted all credit compliance documentation.
